Pros

- scheduling connects with calendar and allows for easy meeting scheduling and appointments.
Cons
- Sometimes the attachments can act a bit "wonky" and like an old email, shows attachments at the bottom instead of the body.
- Have not had to use customer service a lot, so not sure.
